1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be processed by Nisarga Vista Groups (“we,” “our,” “us”).
By booking, registering, or making any payment towards our projects or services, you agree to the terms stated herein.

2. Booking Confirmation

  • A booking or registration is considered confirmed only after the receipt of the prescribed booking amount and acknowledgment from Nisarga Vista Groups.
  • All payments must be made via official channels — either through the company’s authorized bank account, cheque, UPI, or payment gateway.

3. Cancellation by the Customer

a. Before Allotment or Agreement

  • If a customer wishes to cancel before the allotment or signing of the agreement, a cancellation charge of up to 10% of the booking amount may be deducted to cover administrative costs.
  • The remaining balance (if any) will be refunded within 30 working days from the date of written cancellation request.

b. After Agreement or Allotment

  • Once a property has been allotted or an agreement executed, no refund shall be applicable, except in exceptional cases where the management deems it valid.
  • Any cancellation after allotment will be subject to the terms mentioned in the sale agreement or booking form.

4. Cancellation by the Company

  • Nisarga Vista Groups reserves the right to cancel a booking under exceptional circumstances, including regulatory changes, project modifications, or unforeseen operational issues.
  • In such cases, customers will receive a 100% refund of the booking amount, with no additional compensation.

5. Refund Timelines

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 30–45 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be made through the same payment mode used during the transaction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Non-Refundable Transactions

The following payments are non-refundable:

  • Processing, administrative, or documentation charges
  • Stamp duty, registration, or legal fees paid to third parties
  • Brokerage or service fees paid to independent agents

7. Delay or Non-Delivery

In case of project delay or changes due to regulatory or force majeure circumstances (such as natural calamities, legal restrictions, or government directives), Nisarga Vista Groups shall not be liable for refunds beyond the scope permitted under applicable law.

8. Modification of Policy

Nisarga Vista Groups reserves the right to modify or amend this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. The revised policy will be effective once updated on our website.
